Hello had a ruff year last year Surgery learning to walk all over again and now I’m feeling more fabulous because I’m back on my feet

Well to me it mean a lot of things learning how to walk after surgery and now back in the gym to a positive way of life and loving who I am and being a role model for women and Thanking God and the physical therapist that helped navigate me so I can be the best me !!! I know now we can be fabulous at any age !!! I’m ready to get back in shape been working been eating right and I know that I can be the better me . I’m not better than anyone else I’m working on being better than I was yesterday !
How do you stay fabulous?Well eating right keeping God first making sure that I’m keeping my mind and body I have been walking a lot and I started my workout two weeks ago and I’m already seeing progress !!! I’m hoping to motivate people who almost gave up because of surgery and life !!! I know I can do this !!! It’s like getting a second chance at life !!! I had a total knee replacement surgery may22,2023 and now it’s like full steam ahead !!! Eating right getting the proper rest making sure that my spirit is right !!
What would you do with the $40,000?Well I’ve lost everything I own trying to get myself back up not working yet because I’m still under the doctors care but my doctor suggested that I need to work out which is what I’m doing and I would get me a car A Place To Live be able to launch my Hair Products And Skin Care products and of course I have to give thanks to God and my tide I must do that because without him I wouldn’t have made it this far my support system is my children they’ve been cheering me on !!! This would be a blessin
