I love the confidence that comes with being over 40. I feel sexier than I have ever felt. I didn’t realize my purpose in life, until I was approaching 40. After my husband became disabled, our lives completely changed. We had lost a lot of things that we could do as a couple, but we also had a lot to live for. We had two choices: to become victims and feel sorry for ourselves, or to thrive in spite of the trauma we had endured. That’s when I decided to go back to school to help others.
How do you stay fabulous?Reading, learning, teaching, writing a book and beading. As long as I keep an open mind and continue to learn, life is enjoyable and it keeps me acting and feeling younger than my biological age.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my husband and me on a fabulous vacation and donate a nice portion of the winnings to the Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
