How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing self-care. As a functional medicine doctor, I know that if I don't take care of myself, I can't fully take care of my patients, staff, or family. Eating well, working out, and getting enough sleep are non-negotiables for me. I also practice mindfulness and meditation to stay balanced. It's all about leading by example—living the healthy, balanced life I encourage in others, while managing the demands of work, motherhood, and home
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were to win the $40,000, I would use it to bring functional and integrative medicine to people in smaller towns, like Swainsboro, GA, where my family lives. Many people in these areas seek holistic healthcare but can't afford it, and I would love to make these services accessible. Additionally, since Swainsboro was impacted by Hurricane Helene, I would use the funds not only to educate and empower the community with healthier practices but also to help them rebuild and recover from disaster
