When I first turned 40 I loved where I was as a women , but as I got older with all the experiences that have molded me to be a fiercely independent woman whom embraces all her challenges although some are extremely difficult, I see them as building block's to whom I am and where I am going ! I love all of my experiences and look forward to what life holds and a promise of tomorrow with success in all aspects of my life !
How do you stay fabulous?I try to maintain a work & home balance with plenty of good food , especially fruits and vegetables with lots of sleep with the occasional desserts ( wine / ice cream) 😊 I walk daily 2-3 time with my dog for at least 30 min and practice meditation when I wake up and before I go to sleep. I also love hot Yoga , it centers my mind and body and helps me to meditate better!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use part of that money to buy a home so my mommy whom is almost 90 could have a garden and a place where our families can get together or start a non profit which would work within our community to address mental health issues , domestic violence abuse , raising cost of living and crime . To provide them tools and resources for them to succeed!
