I feel that in your 60's you can feel like u forties. I am retired and do water aerobics at Gym several days a week keeps u joints limber. Many my friends don't cutt the lawn.,weed, climb small ladders, do squats, climb stairs well , I have no problems with this. Despite a serious knee injury Torn meniscus. Hernias, broken shoulder I stronger now that I am retired.
How do you stay fabulous?I used Cerva products and moisturize daily . I get enough rest and sleep well. I love to dance and move my body like in my forties. I always loved to dance my whole life sooths the soul.
What would you do with the $40,000?Fabulous trip never been to Europe. I would also donate to cancer foundation for prostate cancer. My brother is been fighting this for 44 months.
