What I love most about being over 40 is the confidence that comes with truly knowing myself. At 51, I feel more fit and healthier than I ever have before, which has given me a sense of empowerment that I didn’t have in my younger years. I’ve learned so much about life and how to navigate its challenges without taking things to heart like I once did. There’s a certain freedom in embracing growth and focusing on what truly matters.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritising my health and well-being. When I was 22, I realised I was gaining too much weight from constant snacking. I lost 30 pounds and have kept it off ever since by learning how to eat healthy and stay balanced. Now, I work out, stretch daily, and play tennis to stay active. I meditate to nurture my mind, and as a healer, I give myself the same energy I offer others, helping me feel vibrant both inside and out. 
What would you do with the $40,000?If I was fortunate enough to win I would first pay towards my mother’s mortgage so she can have peace of mind in her 70s. I’d help my sister who sent me the details for this competition, who’s battling triple negative end-stage breast cancer, & cover medical expenses for my pug, who may need a wheelchair soon due to myelopathy. Lastly, If there was anything left I’d put it towards my future retirement!
