My priorities have shifted towards what truly matters, I always pursue passions and relationships that enrich my life. Plus, with age often comes a sense of freedom—freedom to express myself, try new things, and live life on my own terms. Celebrating my uniqueness and staying true to myself is what truly makes me fabulous! I love being a trailblazer for women in their 40s and 50s as I enter my 38th year in radio as a DJ, I inspire women with my vulnerability talking about women's health!
How do you stay fabulous?Definitely with self care, prioritizing physical health and mental wellbeing. Personal style, oh ya baby...wearing styles that make me look and feel good. Positive self-talk and surrounding myself with wonderful, supportive people. I stay present and mindful and learning not to sweat the small stuff! I use a lot of life's challenging moments with comedy, because lets be serious - life is better laughing!
What would you do with the $40,000?First, make a donation to the Parkinson's Canada Foundation, my Mother is battling the disease with grace and strength and she inspires me everyday. Spoil my already spoiled Golden Retriever, Bowie (BoBo). Lastly, take the women in my life on a fabulous shopping weekend because they deserve it!
