Self acceptance, learning to love myself including my imperfections. Self confidence and not caring so much what others think. Self compassion, being nicer to myself and stop my inner critic. Self prioritizing, I’m learning to spend time with the people who love me for me and learning to say no when I mean it!
How do you stay fabulous?Taking care of myself, healthy eating , restful sleep, good skincare regimine. My job allows me to make people feel Good. What I love most is making people smile. If I can make just one person smile and feel good about themselves then it makes my day complete. Mental health is a struggle for so many and myself at times and kindness is contagious. Even though I can’t change it on a large scale, I can try to make a small impact on someone everyday.
What would you do with the $40,000?I could do so many things with $40,000 but I think I would spread the love and make a donation to my favorite charity (Breast Cancer Awareness), pay some bills and treat my husband to a golf/spa vacation.
