Playing guitar and playing in a small group spreading joy in seniors homes . Being blessed with family and our closeness . Our bond fuels me . How do you stay fabulous?It comes from within , and it’s about how I nurture my body, mind , relationships and passions . One way is health and my running and racing brings me joy, clarity and vitality. Keeps my mind sharp, my body strong . It allows me to show up fully in all aspects of my life . 2)Being a lifelong learner . Challenging myself intellectually in dental hygiene over 30 years with technology and learning the guitar makes me feel vibrant at any age . 3)Nurturing my relationships with family and friends.
What would you do with the $40,000?Donate to charities for dental health and expand from children in schools to adult faculties . .Something near and dear to my families heart is Deer Valley family YMCA Camp . Non profit we have been going yearly over 40 +.and setting up a pledge in our parents name that keeps my family returning . Playing guitar and reaching out to more senior hones and purchasing a better guitar for this . Health and fitness and running races in different parts of the world .Donate in memory of Jen cancer
