Staying confident about watching my calories in selecting the well maintained diets.caloried.and ingredients.I work a lot outdoors gardening.maintaining the yard flowers and pool.do lots of swimming exercise.I love staying positive and helping others with their needs.Im an active Member of the V.F.W. also the American Legion.I love to camp. Fish. And boating..and dance.
