I try to live in joy and gratitude every day. So many intangible things to be grateful for in life. I try to never stop learning, evolving, growing and being open with my mind, heart and soul. Laughing with my clients, co-workers and besties, family time, flirting, working out, walking, meditating, reading, setting intentions, hiking. I do the inner work but I stay positive and grateful. And a little champagne to celebrate special days.

Enhance the spa with more offerings like a cold plunge & red light therapy. Design a wellness retreat for guests to experience blush in a magical place. And save some money. Divorce & covid shutdown gave a challenging rocking to my foundation but I'm here. A beautiful new space and so grateful for my spa, my mom, my family, clients, friends and my dream team.
