What would you do with the $40,000?This would be life changing! Selfishly , This money could help my husband and I buy our first home in an economy that has prevented this. But… realistically I think I would gift some of this to my sister that we support. She has a very hard life, suffers from a stroke and is a single mom of 4. So gift some to make her life a little easier for a few months, and then maybe travel and make more memories with my family…. And then maybe buy our first house house haha
