You know the thing that I love about being over 40 is the confidence you find in yourself.. realizing how strong and amazing you are to have come this far and still standing , completely loving yourself and the skin that your in without anyone’s approval.
How do you stay fabulous?I maintain my lifestyle by being very mindful about what I put in my body and working out 4-5 times a week Also I keep a positive attitude even when things are not going my way it helps with my stress levels but believe you me it took me awhile to get in that place ..
What would you do with the $40,000?The first thing I would do with the 40K is remodel my kitchen it’s been a dream of mine for awhile now.. with being retired now for 5 years my financial situation hasn’t been beat and with high cost of living things are tight .. but one thing I can say I have a great husband and he takes good care of me it’s just the extras like remodeling is not in cards right now .
