How do you stay fabulous?I follow my program to the letter! I eat organic and clean. I focus on liberal amounts of organic fruit and vegetables, high quality protein, natural nuts and seeds, decrease in the addiction to white processed grains: pasta, rice, packaged bread, and processed foods of all types. I exclusively use olive oil. I drink lots of filtered water. I exercise by walking, biking, swimming, light weights 4 times a week. I spend time daily meditating, praying, or playing and appreciating life .
What would you do with the $40,000?I really need this money to write my updated book, find a publisher, and promote my program on television, podcast, articles. My books rose to the top of Amazon, Borders, Barnes and Noble, Books a Million. My biggest thrill was becoming a New York Times Bestseller and have my books published in 6 languages. I would be thrilled to have seed money to provide the newest information to empower people to safeguard their health and decrease their dependence on medications they will no longer need!
