Being over 40 has shown me how to be comfortable in my own skin. I have done A LOT of self growth in the last few years that I am very proud of. I have matured emotionally and am learning who I really am and loving it
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by working out 4-5x a week, eating healthy and staying active with my job (physical therapy - home health) which I love. I try to control my stress as best as I can and have learned how to deal with things without getting overwhelmed.
What would you do with the $40,000?40k would be a tremendous help. In the last year I left an unhealthy marriage and 6 months later I lost my dad unexpectedly. I would put most in savings and use some for travel with my boys and mom and maybe a solo trip for me. I would also do something special for my friends since they have been my rock this last year.
