What I love most about being over 40 is the clarity and confidence that comes with experience. At 45, I began an incredible collaboration that led me to where I am today—Director of a Cosmetology school that just celebrated its first year. It’s been my mission to empower and educate future beauty professionals, especially young women, showing them that with hard work and dedication, they can achieve their dreams just like I did!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing my passions, staying active, and continually learning. My family centers me. Being a mother has been my greatest achievement. Also, staying connected with my purpose as the Director of a Cosmetology school keeps me energized, as I pour my heart into empowering the next generation of beauty professionals. Balancing my professional drive with personal joy, and surrounding myself with positivityđź–¤
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest in personal growth and experiences that bring joy and fulfillment. I’d take the opportunity to travel and explore new places, creating unforgettable memories. I’d also focus on self-care, maybe splurging on something special I’ve always wanted. This prize would be a way to celebrate everything I’ve accomplished and embrace the exciting adventures still ahead, all while continuing to stay fabulous and thriving over 40!
