I am a 59-year-old youngster. I like hiking and yoga to stay in shape. I also returned to college and currently working on getting my AA.

Ah, the charming little gifts that come with hitting the fabulous milestone of middle age. So many times, in my twenties and thirties did I wonder what I was doing with my life. On the other hand, I realized my life's mission when I stepped into my forties and my fifties. Following my gut and acting in accordance with my principles are two things I have mastered one is self-confidence and the second is acceptance.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous, for me means staying grateful and taking care of my mental wellbeing by practicing mindfulness techniques like meditation and yoga to nurture my emotional health and inner peace as I navigate through life with excitement, for what lies ahead. Spending precious time with my loved ones and loving everyone and everything around me is what makes me happy and fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?I want to create an experience, for my family by taking them on a wellness retreat to Costa Rica. I would be taking my 88-year-old mother and two grown daughters, so we can stay connected and bond together. I would get a little Botox here and there. The rest of the winnings will go towards setting up an emergency fund, for unexpected situations.
