I love my increased ability to live life on my own terms as I fully step into a higher level of consciousness which allows me to spread messages of love, hope, positive change and healing both on a personal level to my family and friends, and professionally, through my work and practice, by pouring into those I serve on an ongoing basis.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by nourishing my spirit, soul and strength with holistic practices enriching my inner peace and beauty which ultimately reflects on the light & love that shows up in my physical body. I also take vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants via powdered supplements, pills and tablets from vegan and vegetarian sources and herbal organic teas which also nourish me internally in every way. Lastly, I stay as active with the use of multiple disciplines such as yoga, walking & calisthenics.
What would you do with the $40,000?Was I to win the amazing $40,000 prize, I would be endlessly grateful! It would afford me the ability to pay debt creating the ability to buy our very own first home! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has also practiced social work for approx. 18 yrs. I have always worked to make a difference in the lives of those I selflessly serve. Life has not been easy from a financial standpoint as I am single parent of 6 children, yet, despite the ups & downs, nothing has ever stopped me!
