I’m fabulous over 40 because I’m now in the 50 club and continue to work on my self care and health and wellness. "50" is the new "40"!

I love having the maturity level of being over 40. I have definitely learned some life experiences both good and bad. The maturity level helps to not make the same mistakes as I did in my younger years. Also being older gives me the opportunity to do more things for myself. My adult Son is grown and living on his own now. I have the freedom to discover new hobbies and have more flexibility with my schedule.
How do you stay fabulous?Something I struggled with in my younger years was self care. I was taking care of my family, working full time, and helping family members. Now I have the opportunity to take time to do things for myself such as exercising, trying new hobbies, and some traveling.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the money to make a down payment on a house. I'm currently renting and the rent goes up on an annual basis. I would love the opportunity to purchase a home of my own. Also have something to pass down to my Son.
