I am sexty (60) years of age. I swim for my health. I feel like water is a healing factor when my heart is heavy and it does my body good!

Well, I am 60. What I love about my age is the person I've become. I am definitely slower to speak, yet I am honest. I have developed some wisdom along with the wrinkles and other imperfections, but I have accepted the trade off! 😂
How do you stay fabulous?I eat low carbs and I work out 5 days a week; either swimming, or using my exercise bands. A positive outlook definitely helps, acting young, being grateful for all that I have, including my relationship with the man upstairs!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate a portion back to the Nation Breast Cancer Foundation, give a lump sum to my church, visit my mom who's 1500 miles away, and I would pay off some bills--Maybe my pool loan so I can continue to swim and stay fabulous!😁
