I think what most of us love at this age is the ability to care deeply for people but care much less about what they think. Also to mentor others while still being open to learning and change is one of my favorite things!
How do you stay fabulous?Self care and honesty…self honesty! How many of us eat pet food and get movement in and say we’re ok but then realize sometimes we’re not ok…being able to honestly realize that even if you might be doing everything “right” you still might need a different kind of self care. So learning to not feel guilty and really take the time, energy, money and put it towards myself in anyway I want to keep myself sane is key…that and having a bunch of other fabulous over 40 queens around helps too!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take this as a sign, the opportunity to start my own consulting business in change management for individuals and business. I’ve worked for others for so long and am in the midst of transition. I would love an opportunity to create something of my own that focused on others feeling fabulous (and being boss babes, mom babes or any kick ass thing they want) over 40 or at any age!
