I don’t get my period anymore!!! Lol Self-discovery self-Acceptance. I prioritize my well being. I’m resilient. I have a better understanding of life, others and myself. I am ready to turn on my greatness and celebrate the wisdom I have gained through years of experience whether gained through good or bad experiences! Being 40 means I get to choose me and I love myself and have picked up hobbies that reflect reinventing myself. I love being able to help people with all my time afforded me!
How do you stay fabulous?My typical day off starts with prayer and meditation and then to the gym. I eat lots of vegetables and drink plenty water. My job as as a nurse keeps me active and I practice gratitude everyday by reciting positive affirmations. I get at least 8 hours of sleep. I enjoy good music and friendships. I laugh often! I laugh until I can’t breathe sometimes Always see the silver lining and always remember how blessed I am to see another day!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to help those less fortunate than I am. I always give to St. Jude’s children’s hospital There’s also a strong need for mental health facilities and these less fortunate sometimes have no insurance so maybe this can go to help someone with mental health issues or addiction.
