I love how I can be myself without worrying what other people think of me. I tend to slow down and enjoy the scenery, the ambiance, sights, smells, etc. I live more mindfully and in the moment.
How do you stay fabulous?I do a workout at the gym twice a week, go paddleboarding or kayaking on the weekends and get in a good walk the other days. I get a manicure and pedicure, do my own facials, eat healthy (on the low FODMAP diet) and make sure to get plenty of sleep and rest when needed. I enjoy spending time with friends going to small venues to hear live music. I meditate, pray and journal. I spend time with a life coach to improve my mind, body and lifestyle.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would definitely use it to travel. I accrued a lot of vacation time but can’t go on a vacation due to a limited budget. I would love to go to Spain (I’m half Spanish), as I’ve never been. I would also like to rent a camper van or Rv and explore the beautiful California coastline along Hwy 1. I’d also like to take a cruise to explore the Virgin Islands. I’ve done everything for my kids over the years as a single Mom and would like to pamper myself now. A good massage or spa getaway is #1!
