I am 57 years old and life has gotten better the older I get..recently lost 50 lbs, doing some painting, walking and enjoying life!!!

I love being over 40 because of the confidence and my view on life has changed, being older means being more sure of yourself and once you learn to let go of worry or what people think of you and just let go and put love and enjoyment and relaxation in your life you will see how happy you can be!
