I love that at this age I feel better than I did in my 20’s and 3O’s, with learning to be more active and self caring my self with healthy eating and exercises that help mood and physical health. After facing health issues in my mid 30’s. Age for me is just a number with wellness I feel strengthened mentally and physically and continue with these tools so 50’s and 60’s can be fabulous as well. I also love sharing my wellness journey with people younger and my age also older 🙌🙏🏼💫
How do you stay fabulous?I always put a positive mindset that the day will be great and love to stretch in the morning before staring my day, I drink half water of my body weight, lift weights ab 5 days with moderate cardio, and eat my home cooked healthy meals. And try to be a team player in all areas of life 🙏🏼💫
What would you do with the $40,000?I will help friends and family and catch up on some bills, and take a lil trip across the world 😂😂❤️
