Over 40, I embrace my role as a mentor, sharing the knowledge I’ve gained to help others grow. My spiritual practice has deepened, and with it, my life’s purpose and journey have expanded in meaningful ways.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by nourishing my mind, body, and spirit through energy work, meditation, yoga, mental imagery, sound healing, and natural medicine. These practices are woven into my daily life, helping me maintain balance and clarity. My guiding principles are simple: 'World Peace starts with Inner Peace' and 'It takes Courage to Relax.' I believe that staying fabulous is about staying aligned with my authentic self and my work to bring peace to the world.
What would you do with the $40,000?With the $40,000, I would expand my work of spreading healing and forgiveness, addressing collective trauma, and fostering collaboration with communities and nature. My vision is to create spaces where people can come together to heal, re-connect with nature, and promote inner peace. We are nature, and by healing ourselves, we can heal the world.
