Connect What do you love about being over 40?

I love being 55. I can look back over my life and see what has made me Successful.. I’ve built a new communication tool call CPL . This tool is based on the tenacity it took to leave Idaho at a young age, to sell a product to general nutrition centers at 29 and at 34 have a case study at University of Virginia written about me. Without the age factor, I wouldn’t have the opportunity to look and see what my path has been. I am ecstatic about my future.

How do you stay fabulous?

I stay fabulous by starting every day off at 5 AM with Gratitude prayer and meditation. I have a routine of running ,biking, lifting weights and yoga. I eat very well 3/4 of vegetables, rice, diet, no gluten and high-quality meat. I stay away from the middle of the grocery store “stay in the outside lane”. Then do work that does not feel like work. I love contributing to humanity where ever it is needed. Find something you love doing for work and do it every day.

What would you do with the $40,000?

With $40,000 I would publish2 books my book About the creation of my communication tool CPL and the work book of CPL for kids. We may not be able to change adults, but if we give kids tools to communicate when they are our age the planet will be a different place. I can see it being a place of more compassion, with acceptance of the process of being human, and the commitment to continue learning through life.
