What I love about being fabulous over 40 is that anything is possible. After an abusive marriage I started life again at 40. I became a Zumba instructor at 41. I learned to salsa dance at 43. I married my soulmate at 51. I was on the Emmy award winning Kelly show at 55 promoting my award winning book based on Puerto Rico, and at 58 was on the cover of an international magazine. I am currently writing my third book . I love to travel went to Morocco this year. I do not let age define me.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by focusing on my inner wellness. I believe the key to looking good is feeling good. I practice meditation, and all forms of Yoga. I also do a barre fusion class and love to take nature walks. I believe friendships with women are important and belong to many friendship groups. I also try to do many activities with my family and grandchildren. I go out at least once a week with my husband on a romantic date. Connection is key as we age. Spirituality is also important to me.
What would you do with the $40,000?With the $40,000 I would love to take my entire family, children and grandchildren on a beautiful European trip. I would use it towards my dream retirement home in Todos Santos ,Mexico. I plan to build a special home for my children and grandchildren to visit and stay. Todos Santos is a special place for me it is where we had our destination wedding. I would also contribute to my grandsons college fund. I would contribute to breast cancer research as my mother died of breast cancer 5 years ago.
