I love being over 40 because I am grateful for the fact that I have lived this long, 72 years old. My parents died at an early age, mom was murdered at 36, Dad died at 60. I am grateful that I have all my mental capabilities and physical abilities. Once you start aging the body begins to change and you have to be able to meet those challenges. In December I had to get three stents in my heart, I had 99% blockage in both my arteries. Thank God my cardiologist gave me numerous test and found it.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by staying busy. I go to the gym and swim 2-3 times a week and do 15 minute exercises at home to get rid of belly fat and stretch and do weight exercises at home . I also eat healthy as I am a diabetic that is insulin dependent. Over the last year on my doctors advice I went to a weight doctor and have lost 30 lbs. I used to take 35 shots of insulin a week. Just last week my doctor took me off insulin now I take one shot of Mounjaro once a week. Thank you Jesus.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would give to my church and share some with my 3 Children. But at my age I definitely need to put the rest up for a rainy day.
