I love being over 40 because I’m proud of the woman I’ve grown into—happily married for 33 years, a mother to three incredible young adults, and following my passion as the owner of a successful interior design firm. I now have the freedom to travel and fully embrace the joy of watching my family grow.
How do you stay fabulous?I prioritize self-care through daily exercise, starting each morning with a run on the beach and incorporating yoga and meditation into my routine. I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, practicing gratitude, and fully embracing the present moment. My goal is to be the best person I can possible be, and live up to my fullest potential, while enjoying every step of life’s journey.
What would you do with the $40,000?I will be donating the $40,000 to my dear friend Sue Matthews’ foundation, Tay-Bandz, which is dedicated to pediatric cancer. Sue started taylormatthewsfoundation.org in honor of her daughter, Taylor, who tragically passed away from cancer at 16yrs . Tay-Bandz is dedicated to advancing pediatric cancer research and making a difference in the lives of children battling this disease.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
