I am 70 and feel 50ish . I think exercise and healthy eating keepsyou young along with social activities. That’s what makes me fab over 40!

How do you stay fabulous?I take care of my skin and body. I workout regularly and eat healthy. I don’t smoke or drink much alcohol. I stay active with others and family. I am a family girl, I love to cook and take care of others.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would go to a spa for a few days then I would help my niece and nephews in school. It’s seems there are so many activities for young people but the cost can be significant I would also donate to breast cancer research as it has effect many of my friends. I think I would also redo my wooden floors !Ha
