I love feeling joy in my heart! Joy was a stranger at times, especially when I was sick, and to know joy is so amazing! Understanding that bad days do not need to sideline you, those can be the best days to learn from, and of course having a family, I am so incredibly grateful for and to spend time with family!
How do you stay fabulous?Self-love through wellness! This is a whole-body approach! Spirit, Mind and Body, from the inside out! What goes in, comes out literally so I focus on keeping everything "in shape" and positive, from fueling my mind and body with healthy foods and positive content, to yoga and wellness routines and habits! This is daily work but so worth it!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would first donate a portion to yoga4cancer (yoga4cancer.com) it is because of this specific yoga methodology of which I became certified in and can "teach forward" life changing techniques to those with cancer. Second, I would have a good start financially on a deposit for the wellness center I have been planning to open in the South Florida area (Lake Worth-Delray area)!
