I like having a current personal style that fits me. No crop tops here. This is the second year we are empty nesters and we are focused on A major cleaning effort. I eat healthy snacks and food that is not acidic.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to stay away from empty foods. I love a huge sweet potato with the fixings. I’m not counting calories but healthy snacks throughout the day helps. I do stay away from acidic and inflammatory foods as much as possible. I walk the neighborhood 5 times a week. I stay current with news, entertainment, and just a few close friends. Keep smiling and don’t stop moving.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would first pay off my son’s college costs at Old Dominion University. He loves it there because he loves the ocean. Norfolk VA is near the ocean. I would enroll my son in scuba diving class for his full certification. Our family of 3 might take a. 5 day vacation with lots of motor sports. We would love jet skis and kayaks. Of course, putting some away in a savings account would be a great investment.
