I am 49 and starting to train for a half marathon before I turn 50. I just lost 20 pounds. I am a kindergarten teacher.

Looking back on my life I feel like I am living my best life now. I am 49 and looking forward to 50. I have taken control of my health which has made life so much better. I am teaching and am confident in my job. My kids are adults and doing fine. My husband and I can go on trips and hang out.
How do you stay fabulous?I just got my thyroid in check. I started walking/jogging and lifting weights. I eat my protein and drink water. I take vitamins each day. Most importantly, I read my scripture and spend time in prayer.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take a trip to Italy. Pay off some loans and save the rest.
