I feel like age is nothing but a number! I embrace being over 40 because my mother and a dear friend of mine didn't make it this far.

What I love about being over forty is being present and living my life for myself and my family. I also love the wisdom that I have gained about myself and how to handle the world. In my 20's I was very self centered and very nieve, by the end of my 30s I became more mindful of myself and how my actions effect others.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay active, and eat a balanced diet.Yoga has changed my life! I also practice self care by making time to show up for me.
What would you do with the $40,000?Probably pay some bills, invest a bit, have a boudoir session and I have always wanted a hot tub!
