I love the fact that I do not look or feel my actual age. I get to enjoy life on my terms without any labels that would attempt to limit me. I enjoy watching my children grow into wonderful human beings. Being over forty allows me to interact in a multitude of spaces without judgement or having to prove myself. At this point in my life, my advice is taken seriously the first time I speak. I love the fact that the people around me are all fabulous and owning it.
How do you stay fabulous?I believe the secret to staying fabulous is not stressing out over everything. Being over 40, I have gained enough wisdom to understand that things will eventually workout in the end. Sometimes it is in your favor and sometimes it is not. I also look to my religion to keep me calm, along with just enjoying all that life has to offer. Enjoying time with good food, family and friends is key.
What would you do with the $40,000?As I stated I love to travel. Therefore, I would use the $40,000 to take my family and me on a weeklong trip to start out. Some of the money would go towards renovations and a few new outfits. The rest I would use to schedule additional trips over a period of time for my husband and me to see more of the world.
