I’m 51. After 40, I lost 40 lbs, started a business and aligned life to help others create and capture their messages in the moment.

After 40, I became more aware and thankful for the priceless gifts in each day. I love those AHA moments of kindness or thoughtfulness with meaning that I don't let pass by. I love that I can see things in a different perspective about how to care for my mind, body and spirit. I love capturing photos of the moments of joy with family and friends. I love that I no longer take the challenges of life personal or let the past stories impose on this moment and what’s to come.
How do you stay fabulous?Walking in Love, Joy and Peace is my definition of a fabulous life at any age. Staying fabulous is investing time in what you value most in life and being thankful for it. Being love to someone in need with kindness or an encouraging word. Being joyful in the face of adversity knowing it will bring great strength as we get through it. Being peaceful when we don't have all the answers. That peace can remain even when we don't understand. Walking in truth is Fab40+
What would you do with the $40,000?I want to invest in creating training programs to help with solutions to mental health issues. 1 in 5 in the US has a problem and we need to advance solutions and trainings that schools don't provide.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
