What I love about being over 40 is the confidence that comes with knowing myself better, the freedom to prioritize what truly matters, and the resilience built through life’s ups and downs. It’s a time of embracing growth, living authentically, and appreciating the journey with more clarity and purpose.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by focusing on what nurtures my mind, body and spirit. I indulge in self-care, prioritize sleep, nutrition and exercise. I build my confidence by embracing my uniqueness and wisdom. Confidence radiates! I stay curious to keep learning and pursuing my passions. I keep a positive mindset and surround myself with people who uplift and inspire me. I also take time in my week to be joyful and making time for things that bring me joy, laughter and fulfillment.
What would you do with the $40,000?I am a Christian woman, married to a wonderful husband, and a mom of 3 amazing children, whom are my entire world. At this point in my life I’m no where close to being debt free, and as I get closer to my 50s I anticipate being able to retire stress free. As of right now we have a house that’s falling apart and vehicles that all break down at the same time, so I would fix the things that need to be fixed, donate to my church community and possibly save some for the future.
