The freedom, what i mean by that is truly living and breathing outside of what I thought I was and embracing the fact that it's all about how you feel inside. Self love, self care, humility, compassion and faith is so much more important to being a fabulous woman over 40. Life truly began for me over 50 with growing pains of re-adjusted actions and non-action. I felt defeated by choices and life and amazingly the courage I found to begin again is in us all over 40. Never give up,
How do you stay fabulous?I start my day with a prayer of thanks for everything new that I will see and have gratitude for all I do have. I walk a very active pug who I rescued in March (I try hard to keep up with her). It's all in the attitude, I always start from the inside then the outside of me. I've had to work daily on my routine to keep moving and smile when I do even through Fibromyligia pain. I call a few close gal pals daily for some giggles as laughter is my secret sauce to joy. Life at 64 is so free.
What would you do with the $40,000?The thought of that financial gift in my life takes my breath away. The struggle has been brutal. I would get myself an apartment as my living situation is, well, it could be better. I would travel to see my son and family after long gaps. My pug would have some much needed doggie day care playmates. And my credit cards would be at a zero balance. What a gift that will be after a rather long and winding road, to be debt free would be amazing. I would help a few friends in need as well.
