I’m embarrassing who I am. I’m at peace with my past while exploring the new dimensions of my mind, body and soul at the age of 42. I care only about lifting others up, being genuine and never taking life for granted. The 25 year old me would never believe the journey I took to get to this place or that I’m thriving more in my 40’s than ever before. It’s exciting to wake up each morning with an open heart and dedication to my health. The adventure is just beginning and my future is bright!
How do you stay fabulous?I walk about 20 miles a week. I’m a strong believer that time outside is the best thing to settle the soul. I practice multiple types of hot yoga daily and also teach Sculpt at that studio. I love to support our favorite sports teams and playing with our dogs. I avoid processed foods, gaining me significant improvement in my overall health. I have an adventuring heart so you’ll rarely catch me with down time; however I often recharge by reading or testing new recipes.
What would you do with the $40,000?My husband (52 years young) is an incredible artist and I love supporting youth athletics. I want to invest in bringing his graffiti-style art to athletic practice gear and sponsor local underprivileged kids/teams with some jerseys, etc. I love the idea of seeing my husband’s art on jersey’s while they pursue their own dreams. I coached youth sports for 20 years and nothing is more important to me than fostering the next generation of kids who deserve the opportunity to chase their passion.
