How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous after 40 is all about embracing change and prioritizing self-care. Focus on health through regular exercise and balanced nutrition, which boosts energy and confidence. Cultivate a strong sense of style that reflects your personality, experimenting with fashion that makes me feel great. Nurture relationships and surround myself with positive influences. Keep my mind active by exploring new hobbies or learning opportunities. Lastly, practice gratitude and mindfulness.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to first spend it on some self care that I have neglected due to funds and now Hurricane Helene. Then I would like to take a family trip to reconnect and relax. Lastly, I would pay off some debt.
