I have learned that with my age comes a wealth of knowledge and experience. I am truly passionate about building and nurturing relationships and by sharing my own journey, I'm able to help others to avoid mistakes and pitfalls. By nature, I'm an includer. I never want anyone to feel alone or isolated and thanks to my maturity, I'm now self-confident enough to approach others and offer assistance where I would not have in the past. It's also fun to shock people with the fact I'm over 50! ;-)
How do you stay fabulous?Every day I strive to feed my heart, soul, and body with nutritious positivity - from prayer, to learning, to exercise, to the foods I eat. After DECADES of being unhealthy, I've become very intentional with my self-care routine. I'm also learning more holistic ways of caring for myself. And everyday I HAVE FUN! Laughter is an integral part of my daily life. I love being silly and goofy and making others laugh. Laughter truly is the BEST medicine!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to take my family on a memory-making vacation! My kids' age range from 13 to 28 so we seldom get to spend time all together other than Christmas and Thanksgiving. I'd pay off my car to free up my budget a bit (almost there already!) I'd also like to donate to a local no-kill shelter and a facility for at-risk youth in my area. And don't forget a self-care day, new dress, and a date night with the hubs! <3
