I am absolutely obsessed with being 44. I have never felt better physically (with weight training, cardio and diet), and feel as though I have never looked better (with proper rest, skin care, Botox-LOL). I have found that perfect balance where I am just happy. I have made myself a priority and everything else around me has fallen into place. It took time and energy to get here. But, I have arrived.
How do you stay fabulous?Honestly, by making myself a priority. I own my own Medi spa, so clearly I am super happy with work. My work keeps me Fabulous! Everyone around me knows that I need time to do the things that keep me grounded and centered. I do believe in a healthy lifestyle and making healthy choices. I take all the time I need with my family, because they fill me up! I travel the world with the love of my life, because nothing is better than adventures and learning about other cultures and trying their food!
What would you do with the $40,000?I definitely would use a portion of it to go on a holiday with my family. But the majority of it I would use to start a charity. I’ve been thinking about it for a while now. I really want to educate and support my community in whatever ways they need, but health and wellness would be my focus.
