The wisdom and perspective that comes from lived experience is a treasure. It allows us to really hone in on what is most important in life. We are meant to change, grow and evolve into the next better version of ourselves and share what we've learned with others along the way. The good, the bad, and the ugly! I have no desire to be twenty-something again! This is the best chapter by far.
How do you stay fabulous?I keep my eye on the horizon while focusing on how to be better today. It's important to take our own aging journey into our hands and "tinker" with what works and what does not, inside and out. What worked in my twenties no longer does the trick. At age 55, what I prioritize is more select and patience is a must. Love myself for my previous efforts and build on them ~ diet, exercise, love my work, quality sleep, good friends, family and fun and learning to counterbalance them all.
What would you do with the $40,000?Invest in building a bigger platform to share my life experiences and invite others to tell their stories. I believe that's why we are all here, to fully pursue and experience our unique lives and tell others what we've found. If some part of our story can help even one person, isn't that worth it?
