To me, being Fabulous Over 40 (or 50!) comes from within! Moving my body, embracing the changes & feeling grateful for my life so far!

My 40's (so far) were my favorite decade! There were so many incredible changes, ups, downs and everything in between. My children started to grow older and our house was full of excitement. I embraced having a little more freedom to explore my own interests and got in the best shape of my life by being consistent with my favorite workouts. And unlike my younger self, when there were setbacks, I knew that's all they were! With age came wisdom, grace, gratitude & a fresh perspective.
How do you stay fabulous?I truly believe in showing up for myself every day. For me, that means staying active and enjoying different types of exercise, getting daily sunlight, surrounding myself with positive influences and not taking it all so dang seriously! And yes, I said "dang"... hello, I'm from the south! And while I miss my children being young, I've found so much joy in watching them grow. Just observing them start to scratch the surface of who they will become has been a beautiful surprise.
What would you do with the $40,000?My husband and I have spent our lives as entrepreneurs. We've worked together over the years on businesses that have truly mattered to us. For every success, there was always a failure and a lesson to be learned. Moving forward, I would use an influx of capital to help other women do the same. From years of experience, I know first-hand that just a little bit of seed money can really help get an idea off the ground, and get someone past that fear of failure. All you have to do is try!
