I love that I have a better understanding of life. I appreciate all that I have gone through to get to where I am today. I have no regrets in my life as every experience is a lesson learned. I love that I have a better outlook at life today as I have been through a lot and this has made me grow and appreciate all that life has to offer. To me 40 is the new 20. I feel the best I have ever felt. Laughing is my medicine.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by having self care time. I also make sure I put my priorities first over anyone else except my children. I also make sure I try to stop and enjoy the moment. I stay active with my children and make sure I take care of my mental health by being positive and enjoying every moment and laugh as much as I can, as mental health is the most important in my opinion.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use this to open up a practice for abused women/men. There are many in need of help these days, more then ever and I just want to be able to give them guidance as I have been in their shoes and the most important thing for me was having support at anytime I needed it. I find that our city does not have enough resources for these individuals to access, especially males, as there is still stigma attached to male victims and because of this, not many seek help. More help is needed.
