I love that I am more confident & comfortable being in my own skin now in my 40’s than I was when I was younger. I also know now that we are never promised tomorrow and you have to make the most of today and be present in the moment.
How do you stay fabulous?I am dedicated to eating clean and moving my body everyday. I enjoy spinning, weightlifting, rowing, walking, and yoga. I am grateful to have loving & positive friends & family around me and I’ve learned to try new things even if it scares me or is out of my comfort zone.
What would you do with the $40,000?It has been a dream of mine to open my own business. If I won this prize it would be a game changer for me turning this dream into reality.
