Honestly it wasn’t until I was over 40 that I truly started to look after myself. Sounds odd, but it was my reality. I discovered running early in the morning before I started my day, then it was. cycling both road and mountain. My style fell into place as I picked outfits that made me happy. Eating! Gosh I love to eat! I eat everything! It was all a symbiotic relationship of everything falling into a rhythm. I love my life, I love being over 40. I feel like now…now I get it.
How do you stay fabulous?I’m always moving! Not only am I always moving but I have a love of giving back, of philanthropy and community involvement. I’ve always believed that the person you see on the outside is a true reflection of who they are on the inside.
What would you do with the $40,000?Continue giving back. I’d travel back to some of my favourite places, but I’d invest most of it and use the earnings to create a scholarship. My drive is always to give.
