The freedom, wisdom and peak earning years that come with age! I feel healthy, strong, happy and grateful for every year that comes with each passing birthday. Watching my young adult children make their way in the world and being available to them for advice when asked, of course. The freedom to travel and explore nationally and internationally. Growing into my marriage as empty nesters. The confidence in my design and style choices. Global thinking about complex political issues.
How do you stay fabulous?Happy marriage to include regular walks together on weekends. I lean vegetarian in my diet and incorporate healthy fat and protein into each meal, primarily choose organic foods. Eight hours of sleep a night. Regular exercise. Rewarding career and vacations every 3-4 months! Dinner out on Friday nights with friends! Reading new books, learning new things, following world issues and listening to different opinions. Cultivating family time and friendships.
What would you do with the $40,000?Pay off my children's student loans and save the rest!!
