I love that I’ve had a lot of life experiences to support my evolution in being of healthy mind, body and spirit. I understand and value the importance of being a woman and a mother more so than I did when I was in my 30’s. I’ve also learned to give myself grace, compassion and forgiveness which has allowed me to be in the present moment and live into an expansive vision for my future. Making peace with my past and former versions of self, allows for freedom and limitless possibilities.
How do you stay fabulous?I do the things I love and surround myself with people who eminent joy and a vibrancy for life. My time harmonized with family, friends and work. As a former athlete and trainer, I love to move my body and being in nature essential. Eating clean and make meals at home with food from our garden keeps me glowing. Avoiding sugar, seed oils, Botox, fillers, alcohol, hair dye, and birth control has helped me to reverse the aging process by 9 years and keep my hormones balanced.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the $40,000 to build a wellness studio in my backyard to support others on their healing journey. I’m a Reiki Master, coach and sound healer. So having a private studio that’s sound proof where I can work with my clients and record music would be divine and serve the community as well.
